This program aims to provide young professionals with opportunities for networking, professional development, and community engagement, fostering a vibrant and dynamic business environment in the New River Valley.

What is the Montgomery County Young Professionals Group?

MCYP is a platform for individuals aged 18 to 30 to build meaningful connections, enhance their professional skills, and contribute to the growth of the local business community. Through a variety of events and initiatives, members will have the chance to: engage with other young professionals and established business leaders to share insights and build lasting relationships; participate in workshops, webinars, and other professional development programs aimed at enhancing career growth and leadership skills; and get involved in service projects and initiatives that positively impact the NRV.
