2^nd course- Candied apple with walnuts, sausage, and Mascarpone cheese
3^rd course- “Caramel Apple” beef tenderloin with bourbon glazed apples and roasted butternut squash
4^th course- “Apple pie a la mode” apple butter cannoli with spiced whipped cream
