Jim is the Chairman of CowanPerry PC, a corporate law firm with offices in Blacksburg and Roanoke. CowanPerry specializes in representing businesses and their owners on corporate, tax, employment, immigration, intellectual property and commercial real estate matters.  Over the past 25 years he has represented companies throughout our region in federal and state courts across Virginia in the defense of employment cases and in business litigation.
