This program is exclusive to the Leadership New River Valley alumni group
Creativity. Collaboration. Innovation. These are common, popular words. However, what does it mean to be creative? Or innovative? Is there a difference? Are some people just naturally more creative than others? Can it be learned or fostered? Collaboration sounds great, but how do you do it well? This seminar will introduce the MCCC leadership alumni participants to “Yes…AND,” and other foundational elements of improvisation – the art form of pure creativity and collaboration – that have proven effective in increasing the quality of the output of the creative and collaborative processes for individuals, teams, and organizations.
If you have ever wanted to jumpstart your creativity and learn not only how to better collaborate, but also how to better manage your team’s or organization’s collaboration, then this seminar is for you. Steve Matuszak will take you through a series of exercises that demonstrate, first-hand, the best-practices of creativity and collaboration to help you foster quicker, more valuable outcomes from these processes.
